摘要
臺灣地區因地勢陡峻，使得溪床淘刷情形嚴重。為防止溪床過度淘刷，於野溪治理之工法上常以設置工程構造物來加以保護，惟過多的構造物將使溪流截成不連續區間，因而對生物棲息環境造成嚴重衝擊。野溪整治是治山防災的一項重要工作，而固床工是野溪整治中最常使用之橫向構造物處理單元之一。主要在控制溪床縱向沖蝕、防止淘刷，在設計上除講求安全與耐久性外，必須考慮融入生態工程之設計理念，以減少或降低對生態環境造成之衝擊，以為當前重要課題。隨著國人生活水準品質日益提升，對自然環境及生態景觀也日愈關切，因此在野溪整治工程之規劃設計上，必須融入生態理念，尤以固床工之規劃設計、施工倘若不當，對野溪生態環境將會有不當影響。為期在野溪整治上能以生態為基礎、安全為導向上，達到兼顧生態保育與安全功能之目的。
