Salivary duct carcinoma is a rare and highly malignant neoplasm that more frequently affects the parotid gland. Only few cases have been reported involving minor salivary gland, they are less aggressive and may lead to early diagnosis before distant metastases could occur. Distant metastasis was the most common cause of failure. This neoplasm has a striking resemblance to ductal breast carcinoma, possibility of metastasis should be carefully excluded. The peak incidence of SDCs is in the sixth and seventh decades of life, and it has male predominance. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case with earliest age and female in occurrence.
