摘要

目的：一個止血的手術區對牙齒根尖手術是非常重要的，因為可以維持手術的精準度以及避免牙根尖封填材料的汙染。本篇文章的目的是介紹一種新穎又簡單的止血技術，此技術可以應用於牙根尖準備及牙根逆充填。方法：在牙根尖準備前，乾的類棉花加入2% lidocaine with 1：80,000 epinephrine用以止血。一個應用此技術的病例報告在此呈現，患者手術後觀察了7個月，恢復良好。這種簡單的類棉花止血技術讓牙齒根尖手術更加完美。結論：類棉花止血技術在牙齒根尖手術可以提供五種好處。此技術提供根尖手術止血另一種選擇。

Aim: A bloodless surgical field is critically important for maintaining precision and avoiding filling material contamination during periapical surgery The purpose of the article is to introduce a novel and simple hemostasis technique for root end preparation and root end filling. Methods: Before root end preparation, dry cottonoid material soaked with 2% lidocaine with 1:80,000 epinephrine is utilized for hemostasis. A case is presented with seven months recall. The simple ”cottonoid technique” perfects root end procedures. Conclusions: There are five advantages in using cottonoid technique in periapical surgery. It provides an alternative hemostasis technique for root end procedures.
