The Guided implant surgery allows the virtual planning of dental implant therapy by using CBCT to get the detailed information of the soft tissue, hard architecture of jaw bone, and removable prosthesis. Therefore, it is possible to plan precise positions of all the implants respect to the anatomical structures, and achieving better predictability. This case is about a full mouth computer-guided implant surgery which was planned with bimaxillary implantations according to the NobelGuide surgery and immediate loading technique under compromised conditions of oral submucosal fibrosis and vertical deficiency of maxillary bone. Ten and eight fixtures over maxilla and mandible were placed accurately and safely with guided implant surgery at one time. After 3 months of surgery, implant-supported fixed bridges were finished to complete the full mouth rehabilitation successfully.
