Investigation of Implant-Assisted Removable Partial Dentures-A 3 Years Clinical Study
植體支持式部分活動假牙－三年臨床追蹤報告
摘要
The high success rates of dental implants have influenced the treatment philosophy of dentists. Removable partial denture connected to the implants with a variety of resilient attachments is also widely mentioned, but removable partial denture combined with implant-retained survey crown is seldom discussed. This study presents the clinical outcome of removable partial denture combined with implant-retained survey crown which had been followed in average 36 months in CGMH in Taipei. The data were collected from 2007-2016, and 13 patients with 41 implants were included. There is no implant failure in the follow-up period until now. Removable partial denture combined with implant-retained survey crown may be an alternative treatment option.

牙科植體的高成功率改變了牙醫師對於治療的想法。部分活動假牙藉由多種彈性連附裝置連結到植體的方式已經被廣泛的討論，但是使用植體支持式牙冠結合部分活動假牙的方式卻不常被探討。本篇研究呈現台北長庚醫院平均36個月植體支持式牙冠結合部分活動假牙病例的臨床結果。資料追蹤從2007到2016，有13位患者，共植入41支植體。直到目前的回診並沒有發現任何植體失敗。我們認爲植體支持式牙冠結合部分活動假牙可能可以做爲另一種的治療選擇。
