運用統計軟體批次繪製TCPI指標表現同儕比較圖

摘要


目的:數百項品質指標若做同儕比較,靠傳統方式絕對不具效率也容易出錯。故本研究欲開發批次產生同儕比較圖方法。材料與方法:開發方法採用之指標表現數值由SAS依條件亂碼配給,而同儕描述性統計值由TCPI平台提供。分析、計算、批次繪圖及圖檔命名存放等步驟於Excel 2010及SAS v9.4軟體內,分別以函數及語法執行,關於批次繪圖,我們分別以SAS內Proc sgplot及Proc sgpanel繪製指標表現比較圖及熱圖。此外,為方便日後維護,大量重複性流程我們以SAS巨集包裏語法執行。結果:將指標表現數據及描述性統計值貼入Excel檔案,透過此技術,能於3分鐘內批次繪製169張同儕比較圖及2張熱圖。結論:我們證明此方法在實務工作上的確可行。在未來,我們將持續創新,讓SAS軟體得以應用至品質管理甚至品質監測優化領域。

Objective: For comparing hundreds of quality indicators between peers, traditional methods can be ineffective and error prone. Therefore, this study developed a new method for generating the comparison plots between peers by using batch technology. Material and Method: The indicator performance value's adopted in the developed method were supplied through a conditional randomseed procedure of the software package. TCPI platform provided descriptive statistical information. All processes, including analyses, calculation, batch drawing, nomenclature, and plot filestorage, were executed through the functions and syntax built in Excel 2010 and SAS (version 9.4), respectively. Regarding batch drawing, we constructed the indicator performance comparison diagrams and heat maps via the Proc sgplot and Proc sgpanel of SAS, respectively. We also used SAS macro syntax to run the massive and repetitive processes for future maintenance. Results: Once the pasted values for indicator performance and descriptive statistical into the Excel file, we finished drawing 169 plots of peer comparison and two heat maps within 3 minutes through the developed method. Conclusion: Our development method was practically feasible. In future, we plan to continue this innovation and apply SAS to quality management and even quality monitoring optimization field.
