摘要

本研究主要目的在建構國小推展環境教育的指標評選系統，藉由系統的建構，以利國小推展環境教育決策及推展成效檢核時參酌。為遂行研究目的，研究者就國內外相關文獻加以耙梳，參考文獻中環境教育的指標及專家意見後，提出四個環境教育主要面向：「人力資源」、「環境設施」、「資金」、「行政」及其項下影響因子，並利用專家問卷分析環境教育各項發展影響因素的相對重要性。經由層級分析法，建構出依權重值排序的四面向、十六指標的環境教育指標階層架構，研究所得冀望能作為國小推動環境教育之參酌依據，以收最大化之效益。

This study is to develop and construct a system of indexes for the evaluation of environmental education (EE) in elementary schools serving as indicators of the self-assessment in schools and the basis for improvement. To meet the aims of the study, domestic and foreign literature and experts opinions had been reviewed and consulted as well. Four main aspects of EE-Human Resources, Environmental Facilities, Funds, Administration-were sorted out by involving expert questionnaire to analyze and evaluate EE development factors. Weight analysis and AHP were conducted to rearrange the four aspects and sixteen indexes of EE by regarding its value. Based on the findings of the study, some pedagogical implications are provided hoping to maximize the benefits for the future development of elementary schools environmental education.
