多層塗佈技術與紫外線光固化印刷技術應用於消費性電子產品保護貼之研究-以Apple MacBook機身貼設計為例

Study of Multi-layer Coating and UV Curing Printing Technology Applied to Consumer Electronics Protection Film-Apple MacBook Film Protector Design as an Example

摘要


近年來台灣印刷產業為因應「綠色印刷」的宗旨取得了長足的進步,其中又以紫外線光固化塗佈與印刷進展最為迅速。由於薄膜化基材和薄膜塗層的高生產能力都有很高的評價,因此通過運用紫外線光固化技術來提高具耐刮、抗刮性的成膜表面的運作效率亦變得非常重要。研究過程中因應此次產品設計的結構,輔以多層塗佈製程產生出各個功能層之結構需求,藉以開發出以塗佈與印刷為訴求的消費性電子產品專用保護機身貼。針對承印物基材,本研究選用SKC SH88H PET光學級薄膜為SKC(江蘇)尖端塑料有限公司、TORAY UY42 PET光學級薄膜為TORAY儀化東麗聚酯薄膜有限公司、新光C879光學級薄膜為新光合成纖維股份有限公司所屬新科光電材料股份有限公司以及南亞CH995Y光學級薄膜為南亞塑膠工業股份有限公司所生產的PET產品。其厚度皆為100μm且表面皆有做Primer預塗處理。研究中採取鉛筆硬度測試、耐磨耗測試、拉力測試、全光譜透射率測試,輔以紫外光固化合成成分和微凹印刷塗層並採用非接觸乾燥等技術相結合,從而獲得較高的性價比。在設計硬塗層結構的初期,深入瞭解塑料材料的物理性質和機械性能以及製程整合的規劃是非常重要的課題。如能正確的選擇與使用,將可以預防或降低塗層製程不良和塗層平坦性不佳的現象發生。最終再利用相關UV印刷多層次技術開發出以Apple MacBook外觀設計為主軸的機身貼。

In recent years, the printing industry in Taiwan has made great progress in responding to the principle of "green printing", among which UV-curing coating and printing have made the fastest progress. Since the high productivity of the thinned substrate and the thin film coating is highly evaluated, it is also important to improve the operational efficiency of the scratch-resistant, scratch-resistant film-forming surface by using ultraviolet light curing technology. In the research process, in response to the structure of the product design, supplemented by a multi-layer coating process to produce the structural requirements of each functional layer, in order to develop a special protective body protector for consumer electronics products that is coated and printed. For the coated or printed substrate, SKC SH88H PET optical film is selected for SKC Jiangsu High Tech Plastics Co., Ltd., TORAY UY42 PET optical film for TORAY Yihua TORAY Polyester Film Co., Ltd., (YTP) and SHINKONG C879 Optical Film for Shinkong Materials Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shinkong synthetic fibers CORP., and Nan Ya CH995Y optical film are PET products produced by Nan Ya Plastics Corporation. The thickness is 100 μm and the surface is pre-coated with Primer. In the study, the pencil hardness test, the abrasion resistance test, the tensile test, the full-spectrum transmittance test, the UV-curing synthetic component and the micro gravure coating were combined with non-contact drying technology to obtain a high price-performance Ratio. In the early days of designing hard-coating structures, an in-depth understanding of the physical and mechanical properties of plastic materials and the planning of process integration are very important topics. If properly selected and used, it will prevent or reduce the poor coating process and poor coating flatness. Finally, the multi-layer technology of UV printing is used to develop the film protector with the Apple MacBook design as the main axis.
