An efficient big data analysis and health map system for health information

摘要


本論文是實作一個有效率的健康資訊大數據分析與健康地圖系統,在實作上可以分為「用戶醫療數據蒐集」、「雲端儲存空間」與「應用程式寫作」三大部分:1.用戶醫療數據蒐集:可以透過相關穿戴式裝置或具網路傳輸功能之儀器將所蒐集到的資訊透過網路(有線或無線)傳輸至後端雲端儲存空間,這些儀器可以為市售產品或由相關單位開發。2.雲端儲存空間:由伺服器等級電腦與雲端磁碟陣列所組成,並在上面架設資料庫軟體與網站伺服器,負責接收用戶端所傳來的大量數據,並且儲存。3.應用程式寫作:依據不同使用者(如醫師、護理師、一般民眾等)的需求,設計相關的應用程式,並且應用數據分析技術,將相關的資料撈出並進行分析,得出實際需要之資料之後回存到雲端儲存空間,因此資料會越來越齊全,也越來越有價值。另外在健康地圖的部份則是可以結合Google Map系統來標示,將前面所分析出來的相關數據以地圖的方式呈現出來。

This thesis is to implement an efficient health information big data analysis and health mapping system. In practice, it can be divided into three parts: "user medical data collection", "cloud storage space" and "application writing":1.Collection of user medical data: The collected information can be transmitted to the back-end cloud storage space through the network (wired or wireless) through relevant wearable devices or instruments with network transmission functions. These instruments can be commercially available products Or developed by relevant units.2.Cloud storage space: It is composed of server-level computer and cloud disk array, and database software and web server are set up on it. It is responsible for receiving a large amount of data from the client and storing it.3.Application writing: design related applications based on the needs of different users (such as physicians, nurses, and the general public), and apply data analysis techniques to retrieve and analyze relevant data to obtain actual needs After the data is backed up to the cloud storage space, the data will become more complete and more valuable. In addition, the part of the health map can be marked in conjunction with the Google Map system, and the related data analyzed earlier is presented in a map manner.
