居民對於住宅環境及室內設計偏好研究

在房地產行業日漸蓬勃發展的今天，設計師運用在建築設計、環境設計、室內設計等方面的創新腦洞大開，全新的設計潮流與多種多樣的設計風格層出不窮。從而導致人們對居住環境及住宅設計風格的需求早就不同於過往，由此促使本研究目的產生，即以消費者為研究對象，探討瞭解其對於居住環境以及住宅設計風格的偏好，借此進行針對性的住宅研究與設計。本研究以問卷調查為研究方法，共回收171份有效問卷。研究結果顯示，關於居住地段方面，消費者更傾向選擇一二線城市進行購房。關於室內設計風格方面，大部分則選擇進行現代化簡約設計，例如現代風格、北歐風格、浪漫法式風格等。關於居住空間則更偏向採光充足且功能劃分合理的舒適淡雅的中性色調木質空間。

In today's booming real estate industry, designers use innovative ideas in architectural design, environmental design, interior design, etc., and new design trends and diverse design styles emerge in endlessly. As a result, people's needs for the living environment and residential design style have long been different from the past. The results of the study show that consumers are more inclined to choose first- and second-tier cities to purchase houses in terms of residential areas. Regarding the interior design style, most of them choose to carry out modern and simple design, such as modern style, Nordic style, romantic French style and so on. Regarding the living space, it is more inclined to the comfortable and elegant neutral tones empty wooden room with sufficient lighting and reasonable functional division.
