摘要

三角纖維軟骨綜合體是位於尺側腕部的一個薄弱結構，常會因受傷或退化造成遠端橈尺關節不穩定與尺側腕部疼痛。我們從解剖結構與生物力學特性上討論此一問題，並且提供文獻上中醫治療方法，如整復手法、中藥、針灸、按摩、外用薰洗等方法治療急慢性尺側腕痛。

The triangular fibrocartilage complex (also called the TFCC) is a small piece of cartilage and ligament on the little finger side of the wrist located just past the end of the forearm bone (ulna). TFCC injuries and degeneration can affect distal radio-ulnar joint stability and cause ulnar wrist pain. We tried to discuss it from anatomical structures and biomechanical features, and introduce some treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine from literature data. The methods of traditional manipulative therapy, Chinese drugs, acupuncture. massage, and Chinese herb fumigation are used to treat acute and chronic ulnar wrist pain.
