治療白澀症的臨床應用針灸療法

摘要

白澀症即是現代的文明病『乾眼症』，從西醫的醫學角度觀看，引起乾眼症的原因有很多。但中醫治法依“目得血而能視”，認為：宜滋補肝血，滋養腎陰。另外，筆者對針灸療法稍有心得，藉此提供同道分享並請指正。針灸療法另分為數種，毫針、耳針、梅花針、靳三針、穴位埋線療法、刺絡拔罐療法等。

White Dry Eye is also known as xerophthalmia. From the viewpoint of western medicine, there are many factors can cause xerophthalmia. Under the theory of ”having received sufficient blood, the liver can support healthy eyesight”, traditional Chinese medicine focuses on enriching liver blood and kidney yin. Author also tried to share his experience in acupuncture. Acupuncture therapy includes filiform needle ear acupuncture, scalp acupuncture, plum-blossom needle, Jin's 3-needle technique, acupoint catgut-embedding therapy, and acupuncture-cupping cup.
