清鼻三仁湯治療濕熱型慢性單純性鼻炎的臨床療效觀察
Clinical Observation of Decoction of Qing Bi Three-seeds in Treating Chronic Simple Rhinitis of the Type of Damp Heat
摘要
明代張介賓在鼻病論治提及濕熱理論，臺灣地區鼻病患者多屬濕熱型體質，占48.42%，筆者根據吳鞠通的濕溫名方三仁湯，研發出清鼻三仁湯，乃針對濕熱型慢性單純性鼻炎的有效方劑。本研究收集自2006年11月至2008年3月期間門診慢性鼻炎患者，辨證屬濕熱型的46例，給予清鼻三仁湯治療三週後、一個月內電話隨訪，結果：總有效率達91.30%，可以明顯改善濕熱型慢性單純性鼻炎患者的症狀。 清鼻三仁湯綜和了辛宣芳化、辛開苦降、淡滲利濕三大類藥物，以兼顧三焦同時，伍以健脾醒胃、理氣行滯之品，一方面能袪邪，使濕熱之邪分消，二方面能固本，使脾運恢復，相因相用，升降得宜，則三焦之氣通暢而人即安和無恙。

The theory of damp heat was mentioned in the ”Treatment for Rhinitis” by Chang Chieh-pin in Ming Dynasty. 48.42 percent of rhinitis patients in Taiwan have damp heat syndrome. The decoction of Qing Bi Three-seeds developed from Wu Jutong's three-seeds decoction for treating damp-warm diseases by the Author is an effective formula to treat chronic simple rhinitis. The study subjects included 46 damp heat type chronic rhinitis patients from Nov. 2006 to March 2008. After three-week treatment with the decoction of qing bi three-seeds, 91.30% of them reported that their symptoms has been improved in one month. In order to harmonize san jiao (triple energizer), regulate spleen, activate stomach, and regulating qi-flowing for activating stagnancy, the formula of qing bi three-seeds decoction includes pungent-warm medicinals for dispersing stasis, aromatic medicinals for resolving dampness, acrid-bitter medicinals for emanating and descending, and bland medicinals for eliminating the pathogenic dampness. On one hand it can dispell pathogenic dampness-heat, on the other hand it can strengthen the body resistance and regulate spleen function. Based on complementation each other, balance between ascending and descending, it can help to ensure proper blood and vital energy circulation inside the organs (san jiao qi) in order to keep in good health.
