目的:本研究為了解健康促進學校國際認證各學校得獎前推動的狀況,並分析各學校推動歷程之相同處與差異處。方法:採質性訪談,立意取樣方式,八所國小,29位主要實務工作者,採用半結構式訪談大綱進行蒐集資料並以內容分析法進行資料分析。結果:八所國小學校獲獎。根據WHO健康促進學校的六大範疇發現:(1)主要推動人物:由校長、處室主任、教師、學生、家長等派代表組成推動小組。(2)根據各校需求評估健康議題並選擇執行重要議題的優先順序執行。(3)根據各校重要議題優先順序擬定健康促進學校計畫(4)實施方法:以多元化策略推展健促學校計畫,針對遭遇問題提出解決方案,按照實證導向的精神推動及落實健康促進學校成效自主管理。結論:獲獎學校在學校衛生政策、物質環境、社會環境、健康生活技能教學與行動、社區關係、健康服務、會依照各校推動人物、各校需求、擬訂計畫、實施方法的不同而各有其特色。這些特色可以提供有志於將來在國際認證獲獎學校之參考。
OBJECTIVE: This research adopts a qualitative interview method. Reserach targets are eight elementary schools which implemented the Health Promoting Schools International Accreditation and received awards. METHODS: Eight schools all integrated community resources, strengthened functions of school administration and teachers' teams, blended health topics promoting into curriculum teaching, developed living skills-oriented teaching modules, increased teachers' health professional knowledge and ability, in order to guide students to form a health autonomy habit effectively. RESULTS: All schools were visited by the purposive sampling mode. CONCLUSION: After induction and collation, we find out all award-receiving schools developed their specific future vision in carrying out their health promoting school program, according to the six domains of a health promoting school defined by WHO.
