Effects of Forceps Type and Operation Condition on SMT Repair Performance

摘要


本研究探討鑷子種類與作業障礙情境對表面黏著(SMT)維修作業績效的影響,實驗結果顯示,柄的型式、前端構造、與作業障礙情境等主要因素對成功次數有顯著的影響,直柄型式、前端爲尖頭、與無障礙作業情境的成功次數較高。柄的型式與作業障礙情境之交互作用對成功次數亦有顯著的影響,在無障礙作業情境時,直柄與彎柄的成功次數差異不大,但是在有障礙作業情境時,直柄的成功次數明顯大於彎柄。前端構造爲唯一對失誤率有顯著影響的因素,前端爲尖頭的失誤率較低。綜合實驗結果,顯示以直柄尖頭型式的鑷子較適合SMT維修作業的使用。

This study investigated the effects of forceps type and operation condition on SMT repair performance. Forceps type and operation condition significantly affected SMT repair performance, with straight handle, pointed end, and no obstacle operation condition resulting better SMT repair performance. The interaction of handle type and operation condition also significantly affected SMT repair performance. The effects of handle types with no obstacle operation condition were no significantly difference. But, with obstacle operation condition, straight handle resulting better SMT repair performance. Forceps end type was the only factor that significantly affected SMT missing rate, with pointed end result lower SMT missing rate. In conclusion, the forceps with straight handle and pointed end might appropriate for SMT repair operation.
