Grip Force and Subjective Hand Force Exertions under Handedness and Postural Conditions for Male Teenagers

摘要

本研究執行了一個實驗來量測男性青少年於不同的CR-10水準、及四種用手與手臂姿勢狀況下之握力。另外，研究也收集了人員在施展10 kgf握力下之手部施力之主觀評分。結果發現CR-10評分與握力之間有很強的相關性。受測者在特定主觀水準之施力值高於其主觀預測之施力水準。本研究建立了四個迴歸模式來描述主觀評分與手部施力之關係，這些模式都具有統計的顯著性並具有0.93或更高的判定係數。本研究也以主觀評分為獨立變數來反向預測握力值，預測誤差介於0.04到4.39 kgf之間，平均絕對離差為1.49 kgf。

An experiment was conducted to measure the grip force of teenaged male subjects at pre-determined exertion levels on the CR-10 scale under four hand-posture conditions. A test collecting the subjective rating of hand exertion when applying a grip force of 10 kgf was also conducted. Strong correlation between the CR-10 ratings and the grip forces was found. The subjects applied grip forces higher than their predicted grip force values. Four regression models were established to describe the relationship between the subjective rating and hand force. These models were significant with R^2 of 0.93 or higher. Reverse predictions of grip force were conducted using the subjecting rating as the independent variable. The predicting error was in the range from 0.04 to 4.39 kgf with a mean absolute deviation of 1.49 kgf.
