手足指甲基礎保養作業之肌肉骨骼傷病風險評估及改善研究

The Study of Risk Assessment and Improvement of Musculoskeletal Injuries in Basic Care of Hand and Foot Nails

摘要


美業(The Business of Beauty)為使人們變美麗的事業,近年來美業發展的越來越蓬勃,各式各樣的技術層出不窮,讓越來越多的人選擇學習技術從事美業工作,而美業中之美甲彩繪工作者,也暴露過度施力、不當的姿勢、高重複性作業等危害因子,若不當使用磨甲機也可能會有暴露組織壓迫與振動的危害因子。然而鮮少針對美甲彩繪工作者之職業健康危害進行評估研究。本研究經文獻探討、問卷調查及深度訪談美甲彩繪工作者,經153位問卷調查結果顯示,主要從事美業以女性為主(96.7%)、年齡40歲以下佔73.2%,美甲彩繪工作者占34%、美甲彩繪工作者兼美睫師占20.9%,專職者占56.2%,工作年資3年以上占51.6%。美甲彩繪工作者一天工作時間高於4小時以上占31%,有不適症狀者占58.8%,現在發生不舒適的部位有21%頭頸部不適、21%肩膀部位不舒適、31.1%感到下背部不舒適。深度訪談美甲彩繪工作者,63.1%的受訪者認為使用工具有時感到危險易受傷,其認為最需要改善的工具為甘皮剪、磨甲機。本研究運用快速上肢評估法(RULA)評估美甲彩繪工作者肌肉骨骼傷病風險,以修剪足部甘皮作業為例,顯示需要進一步調查及改善,並提出建議使用可調整高度的美容桌及腳蹬,同時使用工具也需一併改善,杜絕不正常的作業姿勢動作以避免肌肉骨骼傷病危害。

In order to make people beautiful, the Business of Beauty has developed more and more rapidly in the past few years. Further, various technologies have emerged, so that more and more women choose to learn technology to work in the beauty industry. Nail art workers in the beauty industry also have hazard factors such as excessive force, improper posture, and highly repetitive tasks. Improper use of electrical nail drill may also expose hazard factors of tissue compression and vibration. However, few studies have been conducted on the occupational health hazards of nail art workers. In this study, literature review, questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with nail art workers were conducted. Results of a questionnaire survey of 153 nail art workers showed that women are mainly engaged in the beauty industry (96.7%), 73.2% are under 40 years old, and nail art workers account for 34%, both nail art and eyelash artists accounted for 20.9%, full-time workers accounted for 56.2%, and working experience of more than 3 years accounted for 51.6%. The 31% of nail art workers work more than 4 hours a day, and 58.8% have symptoms of discomfort. Now 21% of the discomfort occurs in the head and neck, 21% in the shoulders, and 31.1% in the lower back. comfortable. In-depth interviews with nail art workers showed that 63.1% of the nail art workers felt that using tools was dangerous and vulnerable, and they believed that the tools most in need of improvement were cuticle nipper and electrical nail drill. This study used RULA to assess the risk of musculoskeletal injuries in nail art workers. Taking the operation of cuticle nipper of the feet as an example, it showed that further investigation and improvement were needed, and it was suggested to use height-adjustable beauty tables and pedals. At the same time, the nail art of tools also needs to be improved to eliminate abnormal working postures and movements to prevent the hazards of musculoskeletal injuries.
