摘要

這篇文章乃是提出利用假牙黏著劑，運用在局部活動義齒當支台齒喪失的時候而必須進行修補的過程。使用假牙黏著劑能夠簡單且暫時的將義齒固定在口腔中，而不需要用手支撐。當義齒能夠穩定且正確的位於口腔中，臨床醫師才能將其正確的轉移至口腔外，以重新進行義齒的製作及修補。

This article demonstrates using denture adhesive to maintain the removable partial denture without abutment support during repair process. Using denture adhesive in this manner easily and temporarily maintains the denture in place without hands holding. With the denture held securely in place, the clinician is able to take impression from oral cavity for denture reconstruction.
