摘要

根管治療後的牙齒往往需要做適當的復形，而隨著患者對於美觀的要求愈來愈高，全瓷補綴物（全瓷冠、陶瓷貼片、陶瓷嵌體/冠蓋體）更是成為當代牙醫學美觀復的標準治療選擇之一。本篇文章將對於不同全瓷系統的表面處理、黏著方式以及使用樹脂黏著劑與否對全瓷補綴物影響的實驗室實驗和臨床實驗的結果，多方面進行文獻回顧分析，以提供牙醫師在臨床案例的治療選項有系統性的概念。

Root canal treated teeth often need appropriate restorations. With patients' rising demands, all ceramic restorations (ceramic crowns, ceramic veneers, ceramic inlay/onlay) is becoming one of contemporary aesthetic standard treatment options. This article will provide analysis of literature reviews for surface management of different all ceramic systems, cementation, the impacts of resin luting agents in laboratory experiments and clinical trials outcomes, to provide the dentists systemic concepts of clinical cases.
