摘要

牙齒破洞是根管治療中不樂見的併發症。舊有、大尺寸、牙根分叉處的破洞與剛發生、小尺寸、冠部及根尖部的破動相比較其預後較差。本篇文章為舊有大尺寸牙根分叉處破洞於適當的感染去除後經MTA成功修補結束的四年追蹤案例。

Perforation is an undesired complication in endodontic treatment. Compared to the fresh, small, coronal and apical perforation, an old and large furcal perforation has the worse prognosis. This article describes a four-year follow up case where an old and large furcal perforation was repaired successfully with mineral trioxide aggregate after adequate disinfection.
