以傳統取模方式來製作診斷或治療用的工作模型,一直是復牙科及齒顎矯正科不可或缺的步驟。為了能更快速、更舒適且準確地取得口腔內構造模型,甚而立刻做出成品,牙科數位掃描技術應運而生。近年來因科技的進步,除了可以準確地將石膏模型數位化外,已發展出高精密度數位口內掃描機,直接掃描病患口內來製造數位模型。目前,口內掃描系統主要是應用光學與雷射科技,以不同的演算法與影像成型技術,來提升準確度及數位影像品質,以達到臨床需求。本文將利用文獻回顧的方式,介紹幾種常見的數位口內掃描機,比較其使用的原理、技術及特色。
Conventional impression for making diagnostic and therapeutic model has long been an essential tool in both prosthodontic and orthodontic dentistry. Digital scanning is evolving in order to obtain the model of intraoral structures in a more rapid, comfortable, and accurate way. Moreover, it could help us to fabricate the final restoration immediately. With the advance of technology, not only can we digitize the plaster model accurately, intraoral scanner was developed ever after to create digital model by directly intraoral scanning. To date, the existing intraoral scanners are primarily based on different optical and laser technologies, using different mathematical and image-forming techniques to improve accuracy and image quality for clinical use. This article will review the common digital intraoral scanners and compare their working principles, technologies, and features.
