摘要
牙科美學對於臨床牙醫師的工作扮演重要的角色。許多人到診所不僅僅希望能修復牙齒原有的功能，更期待可以完美得模擬出自然的齒色，讓復形後的牙齒外表不被他人察覺出來。而當牙醫師面臨前牙顏色選擇時，由於是牽涉到外觀的第一印象，因此總期望能一次到位，減少患者等待的時間。拜科技所賜，牙醫師現在面對比色時的工具除了有傳統比色板之外，更多了其他比色儀器等選擇。目前市面上比色機種類繁多，各家廠牌的可信度與準確度也會影響到比色結果的優劣，因此，本篇文章就現今牙科常用的比色方法做分類與說明，並回顧文獻比較各種比色法差異及分析未來比色的趨勢，以提供牙醫師更多臨床的選擇。

The importance of aesthetic dentistry has been a crucial part in everyday dental practice. Going to a dental clinic today is more than simply restoring function of teeth, also for the mimicking natural tooth of the missing one. Instead, dental appearance has become a major concern for patients seeking medical assistance nowadays. Aesthetic zone of oral cavity is especially challenging and involving the first impression of a person. As a professional, we should always expect the color assessment to be as accurately as possible in the first place. Thanks to the advancement of technologies, we now have more instruments for color assessments except for the dental shade tabs. Several color matching devices of clinical use are currently available in the market. However, the reliability and accuracy of these instruments vary, and their qualities directly affect the clinical outcomes. Therefore, the main purposes of this article are to review the different color matching systems as well as the future trend, and to provide more options for dentists in clinical decision.
