When there is a periodontally compromised canine or a missing one, canine protected occlusion cannot be obtained naturally. Perfect periodontal support of abutments and limited edentulous span for fixed dental prosthesis or conventional removable partial denture, which are fabricated to provide artificial canine guidance, are not always handy to get or easy to predict. Between above mentioned design and complete denture, overdenture provided another option for terminal dentition. This report is about a case which uses telescopic crowns as attachments to increase retention and stability for overdenture.
