摘要

This case report described rehabilitation of an anterior six-unit fixed partial denture dentalteeth with ill-fitting margin and secondary caries. Interdisciplinary treatment procedures were performed including: preliminary evaluation of teeth prognosis, emergent treatment, removal of failed anterior bridge, first set of provisional prostheses fabrication, guided bone regeneration, implant placement, right central incisor internal bleaching, second set of provisional prostheses fabrication, soft tissue modeling of implant site, and final prostheses fabrication. Finally, the patient shows good outcome in recalls.

本病例報告提出一位由於舊有前牙牙橋齲齒導致失敗之前牙美學重建之完整處理。藉由跨科整合評估牙齒預後及擬定完整治療計劃，從緊急處理、移除失敗的前牙牙橋復物、臨時假牙牙橋製作、引導骨再生術、右上第一小臼齒、右上側門齒、右上犬齒、左上側門齒植牙、右上正中門齒牙齒內漂白，後續臨時假牙製作、軟組織塑形至最終正式假牙製作。最後得到不錯的預後效果，術後持續進行追蹤並維持病人口腔衛生與健康。
