摘要

口腔內的翻瓣手術（flap surgery）是牙周病科醫師常進行的外科手術。一些與出血相關的併發症可能會危及生命，牙醫師必須立即進行緊急處置。本病例報告了一位47歲女性在進行口腔內翻瓣手術後第5天後，顏面部和頸部延遲出現大範圍之出血性斑痕的情況，並且回顧了與口腔內翻瓣手術相關的出血風險。

Intra-oral flap surgeries were common surgical procedures performed by periodontal surgeons. Some hemorrhage related complications were life-threating for which a dentist may have to initiate emergency management. A case of 47-year-old female with large and delayed onset subcutaneous hemorrhages over face and neck on the 5^(th) day after intra-oral flap surgery is presented. The risks of hemorrhage associated with intraoral flap surgeries are reviewed.
