Intra-oral flap surgeries were common surgical procedures performed by periodontal surgeons. Some hemorrhage related complications were life-threating for which a dentist may have to initiate emergency management. A case of 47-year-old female with large and delayed onset subcutaneous hemorrhages over face and neck on the 5^(th) day after intra-oral flap surgery is presented. The risks of hemorrhage associated with intraoral flap surgeries are reviewed.
