摘要

營造前牙美觀是近十幾年來十分熱門的話題，而且追求的是自然且美麗的外觀。此次病例報告是一位35歲女性的右正中門牙牙根斷裂，而患者拒絕植牙手術。因此，我們選擇傳統固定式牙橋的補綴設計，於拔除右上正中門牙時合併牙脊保存術。這個案例中，我們會聚焦在材料的使用選擇及討論可能遇到之併發症的處理。

Establishment of anterior esthetics has become a very top issue in the current decade and pursues it to be natural and beautiful appearance. This is a case of a 35 y/o woman who had her tooth 11 root fractured and refused implant therapy. Therefore, we decided to have a conventional bridge design after tooth 11 extracted accompanied with socket preservation. In this case, we will discuss the consideration of material usage and managements of possible complications.
