旅館業競爭策略之研究－以高雄市旗津道沙灘酒店為例
A Study of Competitive Strategies toward Business Operation in Hotel Industry-An Illustration of In Young Hotel at Cijin Area in Kaohsiung City
摘要
在高雄市府整體施政藍圖中，因旗津地理環境優越獨特，為十分罕見的都市離島，因此，積極將其打造為「東方夏威夷」，旗津道沙灘酒店係為旗津地區具組織性與規模性之一般旅館，其企業形象、競爭優勢及經營管理則影響旗津地區之觀光發展。本研究目的為：1.了解高雄旅館業發展現況與趨勢。2.探究旗津道沙灘酒店及經營策略。3.提出相關建議供旗津道沙灘酒店業者在經營管理上之參考。本研究採用質性研究法，擬訂出訪談大綱，並針對旗津道沙灘酒店之經營者進行深入訪談之研究，運用訪談及參與觀察方法，蒐集相關資料，將受訪逐字稿進行概念之分類，配合理論與相關文獻，加以分析探討。研究結果顯示：1.結合現代藝術與潮流之旅館，能帶動旗津旅館之發展前鋒。2.在地各項觀光活動與景物可做相應搭配。3.夜晚有特色浪漫風情者。4.在市場樓上經營，無法顯現出旅館，容易有市場散發出之味道。5.擁有海域景觀，卻無法進行水上活動，僅剩海產街。6.提供樂團演奏、舉辦活動、婚禮等室外空間，卻無能遮蔽之地方7.現有之承租停車位，還是無法滿足所有來旗津道沙灘酒店之房客；根據上述之研究結論，提出建議，做為政府、業者與未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study mainly aims at understanding the Kaohsiung hotel industry development status and trends. Besides, it explored the related business strategies for In Young hotel and business strategy. Furthemore, the study submits the insight of making recommendations for In Young hotel practitioners from the operation and management. Based on the perspective, this study used qualitative research methods of in-depth interview and observation method to collect relevant information. The results shows that combining the modern art and the trend of the hotel in Cijin so that improve the development forwarded to In Young hotel. Eventually, the insight of the above findings and recommendations may be helpful for the government, the industries and future research.
