提升旅行社服務品質的路徑研究:個性化vs標準化

摘要


隨著旅遊業在生活中比重的不斷增加,社會對旅遊服務業的關注也日益增加,中國對旅遊服務創新研究已有30多年,然而中國依舊處於傳播階段。旅遊業作為新興服務業,因其產業關聯度高,就業帶動能力強,消費潛力巨大,已成為中國的優勢產業。因此,對旅遊業的服務創新研究具有很大的意義,經濟全球化的背景之下,中國旅遊業發展迅速,但是其中暴露出的問題也越來越多,越來越嚴重,成為阻礙中國旅遊業的一個嚴重的瓶頸,為瞭解決這一問題,通過搜集資料,指出中國旅遊業存在的問題,並結合自身所學,提出解決的建議,以便如何提高中國旅遊業的服務品質進行研究,走標準化還是個性化道路進行研究。
