籃球進攻戰術「Motion Offense」的應用

有鑑於國內的籃球運動風氣越來越盛行，不管是從事運動的人口或是收看比賽的觀眾都日漸增長，喜愛籃球的球員及球迷對比賽戰術的需求也急遽增加。本篇文章運用文獻收集及影片剪輯對Motion Offense在基礎訓練及比賽應用進行探討及分析。文章內容包括：Motion Offense的特點、操作原則、使用技巧及應用方式。筆者以多年帶隊及訓練隊伍的經驗，結合國內外專家的資料參考，配合戰術圖的解釋說明，將Motion Offense的基本訓練方式清楚呈現並利用HBL高中籃球聯賽男子組南山高中的比賽戰術分析，如何應用此一進攻系統，讓陣中的射手有更多的投射及切入的機會進而獲取比賽的勝利，為其做最有力的見證。

In view of the increased popularity of basketball in Taiwan, both the population engaged in sports and the audience watching the game are increasing day by day, and the demands of basketball-loving players and fans for game tactics are also increasing rapidly. Basketball games are more popular in Taiwan than ever before. The population of engaging the games and watching the games on TV are both increasing. The demands of understanding games tactics are both increased for basketball players and fans. This article used literature collection and video editing to discuss and analyze the application of Motion Offense in basic training and competitions. The contents of this article included: Motion Offense features, operating principles, skills and application methods. Based on years of experience in coaching and training basketball teams, and domestic and foreign experts' reference materials, and with the explanation of tactical diagrams, the author clearly presents the basic training methods of Motion Offense and uses the HBL (High-school Basketball League) men's team Nanshan High School to analyze the game tactics. How to apply this offense system for players in the array having more opportunities to shoot and cut in the game and eventually win the game would be the most powerful witness for it.
