國立北門高級中學足球隊發展之探究(2000-2007)
The Study about The Development of National Pei-men Senior High School Football Team (2000~2007)
摘要
2007年北門高中足球隊於9月份拿下台中市所舉辦的全國青年盃18歲組及16歲組雙料冠軍後，10月又蟬連全國高中足球聯賽冠軍，成軍才7年時間，就有優異的成績，其成立的時代背景、發展全貌、成績表現及發展困境，引起筆者研究的動機及目的。本文採訪談法，蒐集2000年至2007年有關獲獎紀錄、實施計劃、足球運動推展組織等相關人員的資料，加以綜合、分析、整理和解釋，研究結果如下： 一、2000年由基層訓練出來的足球隊員，面臨升學及踢球兩樣兼顧的問題，經國中校長、主任、足球教練及地方人士本走之下，球員得以留在北門高中就讀，延續足球運動，成爲地方發展運動的一項特色。 二、北門高中爲推展足球運動，協調各處室組成足球專案小組，學校行政能確實配合。球隊每年開銷需要數十萬元，地方人士成立後援會，也獲得企業經費的資助及球具支援，球隊在各方面的協助下，得以迅速發展。 三、球隊在嚴格的訓練之下，屢獲得優異的成績，並稱霸足壇，課業均能兼顧，球員都能順利升上各大專院校的體育相關科系就讀。 球員曾經青黃不接，導致成績下降；政府經費年年刪減，補助有限；另外企業經費的贊助也存著不確定因素，爲發展困境。

The football team of National Pei-men Senior High School rewarded both the championships of National Youth Cup for 16-year-old and 18-year-old in Taichung in September of 2007, and then they got another championship of High School League in October. They composed the football team only for seven years, but they rewarded so excellent results and prizes. The time background, the entire content development, the results expresses and the dilemma of the development caused my motive and purpose to do the research. I used the interviewing method to collect all the data of the related people, the prize records, the implementation plans and the football promotion organization from 2000 to 2007. I synthesized, analyzed, digested and explained all the data, and here are the results of my research: 1. In 2000, the football players who graduated from the elementary school faced a difficult problem-to choose either the schooling or playing football. After the principal, the director, and the coaches of the junior high school and the personages in the place tried to help the players. The players finally could school in National Pei-men Senior High School and continue playing football. Now football becomes a special feature that the place development sport. 2. National Pei-men Senior High School in order to promote football, moderate every department to constitute football project team, administration in the school can really match with. The expense of the football team needs more than hundred thousand dollars every year, personages in the place established reinforcements club, also acquired the pecuniary aid and the outfit support, the ball team can quickly develop under the help that came from everywhere. 3. Under the strict training, the team rewarded excellent prizes and became the top team in football field of Taiwan. The players could both play football and study well after they graduated from senior high school; they also major in the physical education related departments of the colleges. Finally, the following-up are the difficulties in developing football. First, some of the players used to give up playing football, therefore they couldn't win so many contests as before. Second, the government budget deleted to reduce year by year and the subsidize limited; another enterprise expenses also exists an indetermination factor. This is the dilemma of the football development.
