It was well known about the warming up exercise before exercising is an important procedure to prevent injury during exercise. The construction of warning up exercise programs always depend on the accumulation of experience and professional training career in coaches, trainers, and players. Other than the static stretching exercise, the dynamic stretching exercise (DSE) as major warming up exercise is becoming a spotlight issue recently. More evidences support the effectiveness of DSE. By improving the speed, power and agility, DSE can promote the sport performance. The mechanisms were proposed to the activation of neuromuscular reaction and the sensitivity of muscle spindle. In conclusion, the introduction of the application of dynamic stretching exercise on warming up program tried to provide the possibility of promoting effectiveness in training programs ordered by coaches and players.
