從大專棒球探討組織的運動文化－以臺南大學一般組棒球隊為例
University baseball team from organizations to explore sport cultural-A case of NUTN baseball team
摘要
台灣近二十年來，大專院校的棒球運動如雨後春筍般的成立，為校園生活增添不少色彩，棒球項目卻因為層級不同，造就了公開組、一般組球隊在運動文化上卻有著不少差異：公開組給人訓練有素、整齊紀律的形象；而一般組學校社團球隊生態就如同社會的縮影，球隊成員彼此間對於運動文化缺乏共識。而運動文化是運動團隊成員與社會間的互動關係中很重要的事。如果大專一般組棒球運動社團成員沒有一份共同的信念與運動文化，將會影響彼此之間的關係與球隊穩定性。有鑑於此，本研究主要：一、論述運動文化的概念，彙整現有大專棒球及運動社團文獻。二、由訪談臺南大學大專一般組隊員，探討棒球運動文化。最後本研究結論，發現四個體系的運動文化能夠互相牽連，而臺南大學一般組棒球隊的運動文化特徵，是從四個體系中都能發現價值觀念的層面，印證了從事棒球運動展現的文化是團結一致及尊重棒球文化的人、事、物。

During twenty years, the associations of baseball and softball in university spring up like mushroom. They increase lots of colorful school life for students. However, because of different standard, it makes big differences between baseball group higher standard and baseball group general standards. Baseball group higher standard gives the image like well trained and well disciplined; Baseball group general standards is like a reflection of society. The members of team always have same culture of sport. But, sport culture is very important between team members and society interaction. If Baseball group general standards members do not have the same faith and sport culture, it will affect to faith and steady of team each other. Therefore, this research discuss to main ideas as following: First, Collecting baseball and softball association of Baseball group standards literature and sport culture. According to the literature, we discuss the level of sport culture. Second, Interview the Baseball group from NUTN players with their t Sport culture in Baseball. The final conclusions, Found the four aspects of sport cultural can be implicated in each other .The group of NUTN baseball team from four aspects, can be found the sport values confirms the solidarity and respect people、event、substance about the baseball in team cultural Features.
