Global EV Policy Trend and Recommendation for Domestic EV Scheme

摘要

為對抗氣候變遷全球暖化，運輸產業的淨零化轉型是大勢所趨，而電動車普及率的快速成長，不但是零碳家園的契機，也是各國政府的新挑戰。本文透過比較加拿大、英國、美國及歐盟等先進指標國家電動車推廣政策，分析未來發展之關鍵方向，並利用其他國家之推展經驗，為我國提供政策前景之建言。

A "Net Zero" transportation system may be key to cope with drastic climate change and global warming problems. That is why it is important that we take quick action to roll out supportive public policies to help accelerate the deployment of electric vehicles. However, the huge paradigm shift in transport sector also poses great challenges to governments across the world. This article studies EV policies in Canada, United Kingdom, United States and the European Union to leverage the legislative experiences of advanced countries and use them as a lighthouse for our future direction.
