傾斜度對於太陽能光電板效率之量測與分析

摘要


本研究主要在架設一太陽能光電設備,利用調整鹵素燈泡輻射量來照射太陽能光電板產生光伏效應特性以形成電壓與電流,使形成太陽能光測試電系統。由於太陽光電池是一個PN介面二極體,經由發生產生電子-電洞對,將光能轉換成電能,並將太陽能電池所產生一獨立電流以供給負載而作功,因而本實驗在不同輻射量照射下來作出傾斜角度不同之數據。實驗中利用輻射量測計量取輻射值,當改變太陽能光電板之傾角,藉由I-V曲線量測計測得電壓、電流之大小,繪製成I-V曲線圖,再與輻射量作分析比較;並使用熱顯像儀拍攝太陽能板的表面溫度,來比較不同傾斜角溫度變化。

This study is mainly to set up a photovoltaic (PV) test equipment for the PV efficiency measurement under the different inclination of PV panel. Solar radiation is simulated by the adjusting the halogen bulb to form the photovoltaic I-V curves. Due to the solar PV is a diode, solar energy will be converted to electrical energy and solar cell generates electrical power to supply the load we need, and therefore this experiment in different radiation exposure and different incline angle of PV panel are tested. Radiometer is used to measure the radiation values. The surface temperature of PV panel is also measured to compare and analyze the efficiency data of the different inclination.
