Purposes: 1. To check whether the acceleration level of center of body weight is related to the competition result; 2. whether the competition result prediction equation can be created based on the gravity center acceleration level. Ten super marathoners were tested for laboratory treadmill exercise one month after competition. The test was divided into six stages at different speeds. Each stage lasted five minutes, and the numerical value of gravity center acceleration was recorded. Previous competition result was used for correlation and regression analyses. In terms of three-axis gravity center acceleration, only the lateral acceleration (ML8 ~ ML10) and competition result reached the significance level (r=-.85 ~ -.93, p<0.005~0.0001). For the super marathoners in this study, as the ML axis gravity center acceleration level decreases by 1 m/s2 on average, the result of 12-hour competition increased by 75.55 km. The result prediction equation: Race distance (km) =152.9594-75.5514 * ML8 (p<0.0001). The ML axis acceleration level is highly correlated with race result, and the predictive equation can be created. This study suggests using the direct measurement of three-axis acceleration in centroid position as the auxiliary means to evaluate or diagnose super Marathon technique and result in the future.
