Nanofat Grafting for Infraorbital Dark Circles - A Case Series and Literature Review

米脂肪移植治療黑眼圈-個案系列及文獻回顧

摘要


Background: Infraorbital dark circle (IDC) is a common cosmetic concern. The complexity of the underlying etiology of IDC makes the treatment challenging. Nanofat grafting has enormous potential in facial rejuvenation and may help resolve the difficulty in IDC treatment. Aim and Objectives: The aim of this study was to present a case series to assess the effectiveness of nanofat grafting in treating IDCs and review the literature. Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective analysis of IDC patients who underwent nanofat grafting with or without microfat grafting. Results: Fourteen patients were included. Eight of them had nanofat grafting and six of them had nanofat grafting in conjunction with microfat grafting. The IDC conditions of all patients improved and reached satisfaction. No complications were noted. Conclusion: Nanofat grafting is a safe and effective procedure for IDC treatment. Multiple treatments and combining with microfat or surgery are recommended to achieve satisfying improvement.

背景:黑眼圈是相當常見,不分性別及各年齡層都會有的問題,黑眼圈不只是式外觀問題,嚴重的黑眼圈會給人一種衰老,疲憊沒精神,甚至負面的刻板印象,造成病人心理及社交上的困擾。脂肪移植是目前常用之自體來源填充物,近年來更進一步研究出奈米脂肪,透過脂肪製備出富含脂肪幹細胞,細胞激素,生長激素等具有分化,促進周遭組織及血管再生能力的奈米脂肪,透過促進真皮層增厚,減少色素沉積,以及組織再生的填充體積效果,奈米脂肪對於各種成因之黑眼圈具有一定程度之治療效果。目的及目標:分享本院運用奈米脂肪治療黑眼圈之經驗及個案系列討論,以期改善未來之治療計畫以及成果。材料及方法:透過病歷回溯,分析八名奈米脂肪移植,以及六名奈米脂肪合併脂肪移植之個案,治療前後黑眼圈的改善程度。結果:所有個案在接受奈米移植治療後,黑眼圈後皆呈現一定程度改善,且沒有併發症發生。結論:黑眼圈治療需根據其成因制定治療計畫,奈米脂肪移植為一種有效且安全的治療選擇。多次奈米脂肪移植治療可以獲得更佳的結果。
