中醫輔助療法－耳穴、針灸、按摩及熱療於痛經改善之應用

摘要

痛經是育齡婦女最常見的疾患。本文就婦女常見問題〞痛經〞，進行資料收集，內容包括：痛經情形、病機、中醫治療及常見輔助療法的使用。並針對痛經婦女，較常使用之中醫輔助療法- 耳穴Auricular Acupressure、針灸Acupuncture、按摩Acupressure、熱療Heat Therapy 等方法，針對輔助療法之止痛機轉、各療法使用穴位及相關研究進行分析探討。期待透過本文之介紹，能提供痛經婦女照護上的參考。

Dysmenorrhea is the most common gynecological disorder for female in reproductive age. This article researches literature in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea, including the Dysmenorrhea、 Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM).The article discussed that auricular acupressure、acupuncture、acupressure、heat therapy relieves menstrual pain in women with dysmenorrhea. Expound the mechanisms of relieve pain, and discuss the acupuncture point, and analyze the correlate investigate in each CAM. The facts provide a reference for alternative therapies for treating women with dysmenorrhea.
