本研究旨在探討幼教老師教學專業表現,分析幼教老師教學專業內涵,並探討幼教老師如何提升自我的教學專業表現,給予幼兒多元的學習方式,進而拉近與家長間的關係。主要以訪談的方式來進行資料蒐集,並加以整理分析三位受訪者受訪內容來呈現教師教學專業表現,其研究結果發現如下: 1.提供幼兒豐富、有趣的學習環境,滿足每位幼兒其心理及生理的需求是幼教老師普遍的教學信念。 2.幼教老師會運用其教學知能採取多元的教學方法,來提升幼兒的學習。 3.幼教老師課程發展遭遇困難時,藉由和其他老師的討論可獲得解決的方法,或是先讓家長了解幼兒的課程,減少問題的產生。 4.幼教老師教學需要有多元化、連續性的教學評量,來呈現幼兒的學習過程,以達到教師自省的效果,進而改善其教學。 5.幼稚園整體的課程規劃有助於教師對教學內容的了解,進而增進幼兒的學習。 6.與幼兒一起建立班級常規,有助於幼兒對班級的參與度及學習的態度。
The focus of this study is to explore the significance of pre-school teachers' professional teaching and to analysis their professional development for raising the professional teaching presentation. Besides, it is hoped to express the multiple learning way for children and to connect the relationship with parents. The interview was used in this study, we integrated the opinions of three teachers to express teachers' professional teaching. Following is the conclusion drawn from all the adopted study data after undergoing analysis and straightening up: 1. Providing richness and interesting environment to satisfy child's needs is pre-school teacher believes in teaching. 2. A pre-school teacher is requested to have knowledge using multiple teaching ways to enhance children learning. 3. When teachers find the problem about curriculum development they will talk to their colleagues to get the solution. 4. A pre-school teacher needs continuous and multiple-aspect assessments to get reflection and improve their teaching. 5. The curriculum planning can enhance teachers understanding about teaching and improve children' learning. 6. To establish the class rules with children can enhance their participation and learning attitudes.
