摘要

本文首度引入投資策略中之資本限額觀念，運用於國軍事務委外管理層面，形成迥異於以往之委外創新管理思維模式，針對國軍未來伙食勤務委外方式，提出以成本效益分析方法驗證委外之可行性。研究所獲成果可得出「國軍伙食勤務委外」之最適優選方案，提供國軍在未來後勤組織功能運作上之重要參考依據。

This study suggested that investment strategy introduced the concept of capital rationing for military services outsourcing management level. This innovative management cogitation is quite different from the past. The future for military mess service outsourced, cost-benefit analysis of proposed verify the feasibility of outsourcing. The results shown that can be obtained by the ”military mess service outsourcing” the most suitable selection program. The feasible alternatives are important and useful concerning military organization functionality in the future.
