摘要
改進之阿托品合成方法被研究成功。本合成方法採用羅賓遜一蕭福反應並加以改良，將2,5一雙甲醇基四氫呋喃，甲胺，以及丙酮羧酸聚合，可製成托品酮。利用觸媒之氫化反應可將托品酮立體選擇的還原為托品。托品與托品酸酯化即生成阿托品，再經丙酮之硫酸溶液處理，即可得阿托品硫酸鹽。

Modified procedure for the synthesis of atropine (1) has been achieved. The synthetic approach commenced with a modified Robinson-Schopf reacton. The condensation of 2, 5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran (9), methylamine hydrochloride, and acetonedicarboxylic acid (8) afforded tropinone (4). Catalytic hydrogenation of compound 4 stereoselectively produced tropine (2). Esterification of tropic acid (3) and tropine (2) gave atropine (1) Atropine sulfate (10) was obtained by adding dilute sulfuric acid solution in acetone to atropine (1) followed by recrystallization.
