Synthesis of Quinolinone-and Quinoline-Fused Dihydrothiophenes
喹啉酮及喹啉幷二氫噻吩的合成
摘要
以4-甲氧羰-3-羰四氫噻吩8為起始物，我們很有效的合成了兩類喹啉酮幷二氫噻吩10及13，化合物13可經由氯化及氫化的處理而轉化為喹啉幷二氫噻吩14及15。

Two types of quinolinone-fused dihydrothiophenes 10 and 13 have been efficiently synthesized from a common starting material 8, 4-methoxycarbonyl-3-oxotetrahydrothiophene. Conversion of compound 13 to the corresponding quinolines 14 and 15 is accomplished by chlorination and catalytic hydrogenolysis, sequentially.
