先天性腎上腺增生過盛症：2.病例報告

摘要
先天性腎上腺增生過盛症是一種遺傳性疾病。因腎上腺的代謝障礙産生過多的雄性激素引起男性化現象包括外性器異常的疾病。早於1865年Crechio已注意到此病而經過百年後的現在此病的遺傳方式，酵素不全，代謝障礙以及治療已略見端倪，各國學者相競報告，唯獨臺灣對此症似尚未能充分注意。因此著者欲在此報告在臺大醫院小兒科經驗的6個病例。

Six cases of congenital adrenal hyperplasia admitted to the Pediatric Department of National Taiwan University Hospital are reported and analyzed. Three of them are of the classic form, including 1 macrogenitosomia praecox and 2 female pseudohermaphroditisms and the other 3 cases are of the salt-losing form, including 1 macrogenitosomia praecox with addisonian pigmentation and 2 female pseudohermaphroditisms.
