Weber-Christian Disease: A Case Report
摘要
一名14歲女孩，主要症狀爲無倦怠感之間歇性高燒，且在二側下腿及手臂有紅斑皮下硬結節。末稍血液呈現白血球降低(3940/立方公厘)，紅血球沈降率(ESR)上昇(57~100mm/hr)。施以類固醇治療不僅症狀消退並且白血球恢復正常(6900/立方公厘)。皮膚病理檢查可見以小葉性脂肪炎爲主的變化，有脂肪組織的融解及炎症細胞浸潤和泡沫細胞的出現，爲典型的Weber-Christian病例。本文除報告此罕見的病例之外並著重於Weber-Christian病經過中血液學檢查上的變化及討論。

A fourteen-year-old girl with Weber-Christian disease in described. Intermittent high fever and numerous erythematous nodules about 1-3cm in size on upper arms, forarms, thighs, and legs were the main clinical manifestations. ESR was increased. Histopathology of the skin biopsy showed lobular necrosis of adipocytes with infiltration of neutrophils, lymphocytes and histiocytes. The symptoms and signs dramatically subsided after prednisolone (30mg per day) treatment. The hematological changes during her clinical course were emphasized in this paper and the literature related to this disease was briefly reviewed and discussed.
