摘要
先天性氣管狹窄是一種罕見的異常，本科經歷1例，因咳嗽、呼吸困難及持續性喘嗚而來求診，經支氣管鏡及氣管支氣管攝影檢查證實此症，因此症極爲罕見，故提出報告。

A case of congenital tracheal stenosi is reported. The patent was a 5-year-old girl. She had frequent attacks of respiratory tract infection, dyspnea and strider during the past three years. Chest roentogenograms showed narrowing of the trachea caudal to the subglottic area. Bronchoscopy and tracheobronchogram revealed a narrowing segment of the trachea to the extent of 0.2 cm in diameter from the T2 to T6 level. Because of surgical difficulty, she is following at the outpatient clinic.
