摘要
本研究係用自行設計的「護理倫理規範」之結構式問卷，探討醫師、護理人員和病人對護理倫理規範重要性之看法。本研究對象爲衛生署評鑑合格的醫學中心、區域醫院和地區教學醫院的醫師、護理人員和病人，以隨後機取樣方式各各抽出一半的醫院數，計有56家爲測試醫院，其中7家拒絕接受調查，因此實際有49家醫院接受測試。共發出問卷3970份，其中護理人員1690份，醫師760份，病人1520份，有效回收率爲87.48%。研究結果如下： 1.醫護人員和病人都認爲「遇個案情況危急時，應視情況給予緊急護處理，並立即關絡醫也師」是最重要的護理倫規範。 2.護理人員對38項護理倫理規範重要性之看法，平均值都在4.10以上，表示肯定其重要性。醫師之看法中有36項平均值在4.01以上，只有兩項平均值在4.0以下，其分別爲3.99和3.83，也都接近重要的程度。病人之看法中有35項之平均值在4.10以上，有三基項之平均值在4.0以下，分別爲3.93、3.92和3.76，此三項也都接近重要的程度。 3.綜合醫護人員和病人三者對護理倫理規範重要性之看法中，有37項之平均值在4.012以上，只有一項爲3.989，也接近重要的程度。同時三者對38項的護理倫理規範重要性看法上差異很小，因此，此護理倫理規範內容，應可發展爲我國護理倫理規範。

This study used a self-designed questionnaire about a nursing ethic code (NEC) to investigate medical personnel and clients’ perception of the importance of nursing ethic code. Fifty-six hospitals were randomly selected from qualified medical centers, regional and local hospitals. A total number of 49 hospitals participated in the study. The questionnaires were sent to 760 physicians, 1520 patients and 1690 nurses. The percentage of returned questionnaires was 87.48%. The results are as follows: 1. Both medical personnel and clients reported “In the case of a medical emergency, the immediate emergency care that should be given depends on the situation, and a doctor should be contacted immediately.” as the most impotance nursing ethic code. 2. The means of 38 items of the questionnaire (NEC) reported by nurses were all above 4.10, indicating the importance of nursing ethic code. Doctors’ means of 36 items were above 4.04. Although the means of the other two items were 3.99 and 3.83, they were both close to the high score of importance. From the patients’ point of view, means of 35 items more than 4.10 and the means of the three other items were 3.93, 3.92, and 3.76. 3. The means drawn from all of the physician’s, nurses’, and patients’ point of view presented 37 items above 4.012. The only other one’s mean (3.898) is so close to the 4.0 mark as to make the results on all 38 items unanimous. The differences among the three groups in the study are limited. Therefore, it is suggested that the contents of nursing ethic code presented in this study could be developed as the official nursing ethic code for the Republic of China in the future.
