門診診斷初期非胰島素依賴型糖尿病患者的自我照顧行為及其相關因素之探討

摘要

本研究爲一相關性研究，其目的在於瞭解門診初期非胰島素依賴型糖尿病患者的自我照顧行爲及其相關因素。采立意取樣，於民國85年12月10日至86年2月26日，以結構問卷量表，對高雄地區某醫學中心新陳代謝、內分泌內科門診的糖尿病患者進行資料收集，共取得130份有效問卷。研究結果發現：(1)在各項自我照顧行爲中，以高、低血糖的預防及處理自我照顧行爲的得分百分比最低，僅49.88%。(2)社會支持、自我效能均與自照顧行爲呈顯著正相關。(3)以逐步複回歸分析，自我照顧行爲的最佳預測因素爲自我效能，解釋變異量爲74.0%。根據本研究結果，可作爲將來糖尿病衛生教育的參考，幷提供未來研究方向的建議。

The purpose of this correlational study was to understand self-care behaviors and related factors in outpatients newly diagnosed with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Data were collected by purposeful sampling from 130 outpatients with NIDDM in a Kaohsiung medical center from December 10 1996 to February 26 1997. The results indicated: (1) the preventing, treating high and low blood sugar reactions subscale of self-care behaviors, which had the lowest proportional scores, was only 49.88%; (2) social support and self-efficacy scores correlated significantly with self-care behaviors; (3) according to a multiple stepwise regression analysis, self-efficacy was found to explain 74.0% variance of self-care behaviors. The results of this study could be used as a reference for further diabetes health education and as a suggestion for future research.
