摘要

肺泡蛋白質沉著症(pulmonary alveolar proteinosis, PAP)是一種相當罕見的肺部疾病，好發於20-50歲的成年人，男女比例為2-3:1，肺泡灌洗術是目前唯一有效的治療方法。本文旨在介紹肺泡蛋白質沉著症、肺泡灌洗術、灌洗前、中、後之相關護理及出院護理指導，提供護理人員參閱，期望對肺泡蛋白質沉著症及肺泡灌洗術之護理照護能有進一步的認識與了解。

Pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP) is a rare disease reported to affect adults between the ages of 20 and 50, in a male: female ratio of 2-3:1. Alveolar lavage is the most effective proven treatment. This article introduces PAP, alveolar lavage and nursing intervention in preparation, during, and after the procedure, and home care. We hope this article can provide new information on the nursing care necessary for patients with PAP.
