摘要

本文主旨為分享作者從事護理史研究的心路歷程及參加國際護理歷史學術交流之經驗。文中針對目前護理史文獻資料不足的現象做了整理與分析。其次，介紹國際護理歷史組織舉辦之學術研討會並分享參與之經驗與感想。希望藉此文能喚起更多同好之投入，共同為充實台灣護理史知識庫及促進護理歷史研究而努力。

This paper introduces the authors' journeys into nursing history research and shares their experience with international nursing history academic exchanges. The first section of this paper summarizes a literature review and analysis of nursing history in Taiwan; the second section shares the authors' experiences participating in international nursing history academic exchanges, organizing the International Perspectives of Nursing History Conference along with relevant observations and comments. The authors hope that more scholars will engage in nursing history research in order to enrich the knowledge base and facilitate the further development of nursing history research in Taiwan.
