A case of 54 years old woman with Sjogren's Syndrome complicated multiple cranial nerves neuropathy, she complained of hoarseness caused by dysphasia and right vocal cord palsy since August, 2005. She received steroid treatment and swallowing rehabilitation for over 5 months and had not a markedly improved. But her swallowing function gradually improved at after immunosuppressant agents administrated and acupuncture treatment for 1.5 months. When Chinese medical formula (Zhu-Yang Zhi-Yang Tang) was oral administration for four half months, her hoarseness was also reduced markedly. It suggests that it may be feasible for validation of Western Medicine integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine for treatment of Sjogren's syndrome complication in further.
