中醫門診患者身心健康調查

Psychosomatic Health Status from the outpatients of Chinese Medicine

摘要


本研究目的在於探討中醫門診患者的身心健康狀況,以了解中醫門診患者中潛在的身心症患者,研究採立意取樣的方式,選取台北市某中醫診所之就診患者共194名,進行結構性問卷調查,問卷內容包括個人基本資料及中國人健康問卷(Chinese Health Questionnaire; CHQ)。 結果發現全體受訪者中有26.3%呈現身心健康欠佳情形,其中以女性,無職業,已婚,年收入40-80萬,有宗教信仰,有精神病史,有使用精神藥物者,有較高身心健康欠佳的比率,但未達顯著關係;然而在年齡大於五十歲(p=0.002)及教育程度低於六年(p=0.007)的患者,也較容易身心健康欠佳,且在統計學上呈現顯著相關。所有受訪者中最常出現的症狀爲頭痛,若出現覺得生活毫無希望、對未來感到無望、失去信心、睡眠不好、頭痛症狀,會有超過六成的比率呈現身心健康欠佳情形,希望能藉此研究增加對就診中醫門診病患身心健康狀況之關注。

The purpose of the study was to explore the psychosomatic health status from the outpatients of Chinese Medicine. 194 outpatients from the Chinese Medicine Clinic in Taipei country were recruited for the questionnaire survey. Based on a structural questionnaire, the questionnaire included: personal details and Chinese Health Questionnaire (CHQ). 26.3% of all patients had a minor psychiatric morbidity. The participants, who of all patients were female, unemployed, married, combind psychiatric history, corn-bind use antipsychotic drug had higher prevalence of minor psychiatric morbidity; yet it was notsignificant. The participants, who were older then 50 years old (p=0.002), low educational level (below elementary school) (p=0.007) have been prone to have minor psychiatric morbidity, which is statistically obvious. The most frequently shown symptom was headache; furthermore, those who had symptoms of feeling of holplessness, loss of self esteem, sleep disturbance, headache were more then 60% had minor psychiatric mobidity. So the Chinese clinical workers need to more pay attention to the outpatient's psychosomatic health status of the Chinese Medicine and further management.
